Things to Do in Noida with Kids (2026): Free Places, KidZania, Jungle Trail & More

The best things to do in Noida with kids include exploring the scrap-metal animal park at Jungle Trail (Sector 94), role-playing jobs at KidZania (Sector 38A), splashing at the Worlds of Wonder water park, and, for free in the daytime, the Vedic sculptures at Ved Van Park (Sector 78). If you are on a budget, Noida also has several free or nearly free options, from birdwatching at Okhla to craft fairs at Noida Haat. Below you will find what each place suits, what it costs and how to plan the day.

Free (or almost free) things to do with kids

Ved Van Park, Sector 78

Ved Van Park is a Vedic-themed park built by Noida Authority. Its zones are named after the Saptarishis, and it has sculptures from Indian mythology, murals, walking and cycling paths, outdoor gym equipment and open lawns. Children usually enjoy spotting the sculptures, and the evening light and laser show, reported around 7:30–7:45 PM, is a big hit. Entry is free during the day. From 4 PM to 9 PM, a small fee was introduced in November 2023: ₹10 for children aged 5–12 and ₹20 for those above 12, with seniors free. Okhla Bird Sanctuary

A wetland on the Yamuna at the Okhla barrage, next to the Okhla Bird Sanctuary station on the Magenta Line. In winter, children can spot ducks, egrets, cormorants and kingfishers from the trail. The official fee is ₹30 per Indian visitor, hours are roughly 7 AM to 5:30 PM, and the sanctuary is closed every Monday. Bring a cheap pair of binoculars and a printed bird chart to turn the walk into a game.

Botanic Garden of Indian Republic, Sector 38A

Run by the Botanical Survey of India, this garden has a medicinal plant section, a cactus house and a large “map of India” planted with trees from different states. It is ideal for school projects on plants. Entry is reported free, but several guides say it is open on weekdays only.

Noida Haat, Sector 33A

When a fair is on, such as a SARAS Aajeevika Mela or state crafts exhibition, Noida Haat becomes a colourful place to show kids pottery, weaving and regional food. Most government fairs have free entry; hours are typically about 11 AM to 9 PM. Pair it with a visit to ISKCON Noida next door.

Your neighbourhood sector park

Paid attractions worth the money

Jungle Trail, Sector 94

Opened in December 2025 near the Mahamaya Flyover, Jungle Trail is built on 18.27 acres. More than 650 animal and bird sculptures made from scrap metal are arranged in continent-themed zones, with a children’s play area, amphitheatre and food court. After sunset, lights and animal sounds create a night-safari feel that younger kids love. Entry is about ₹120 per person, children under 3 are free, and the park reportedly runs from about 11 AM to 10 PM. More in our Jungle Trail park guide.

KidZania Delhi NCR, Sector 38A

KidZania is an indoor “city” where children role-play grown-up jobs such as pilot, firefighter, doctor or chef, and earn play money. It sits at Entertainment City, Gate No. 11, near The Great India Place mall. According to the official KidZania pricing page (checked September 2026):

• Hours: Closed Mondays; Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM; Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–8 PM. Special hours apply on some dates.
• Kids (4–16 years): ₹1,750 full day, ₹1,550 for 5 hours, ₹1,350 for 3 hours, ₹1,250 for the last 3 hours (plus 18% GST).
• Toddlers (2–4 years) with one adult: same price bands as kids.
• Adults (17+): ₹750 full day down to ₹600 (plus GST).
• Under 2: free. Children under 8 need an accompanying adult with a paid ticket.

Worlds of Wonder, Sector 38A

Worlds of Wonder is also at Entertainment City. As of September 2026, the official WOW website says the amusement park is temporarily closed for upgrades, with no reopening date given, while the water park is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Official water-park prices are ₹599 for adults and ₹399 for children between 90 and 129 cm and for seniors aged 60+, and children below 90 cm are free. Guests must wear nylon or lycra swimwear. Madame Tussauds, DLF Mall of India

The wax museum moved from Connaught Place to DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, in 2022, with around 50 figures of film, sports and history personalities. Older children enjoy it most. Ticket prices have changed since launch, so check the official site for current rates. The mall also has play zones and a multiplex, which makes it a useful fallback on rainy or very hot days.

Coming soon: a deer park in Sector 91

Noida Authority is building a biodiversity park of nearly 30 acres in Sector 91 with a deer enclosure, golf carts and shaded seating. It was reported in May 2026 to be on track for an October 2026 launch. Wait for an official announcement on the Noida Authority website before planning a trip.

Plan by age

• Toddlers (0–3): Ved Van Park lawns, Jungle Trail (free under 3), mall play zones. Keep outings to 2–3 hours.
• Ages 4–8: KidZania on a weekday, Jungle Trail at sunset, Okhla birds in winter.
• Ages 9–14: Worlds of Wonder water park in summer, Botanic Garden for school projects, Madame Tussauds.
• Mixed-age family: Jungle Trail in the afternoon, then Brahmaputra Market (Sector 29) for an early dinner.

Sample one-day plan on a budget

1. 7:30 AM (winter, not a Monday): Okhla Bird Sanctuary for an hour of birdwatching while the air is cool and birds are active.
2. 10:00 AM: Breakfast at home or a nearby cafe, then a rest. Young children tire quickly after an early start.
3. 4:30 PM: Jungle Trail, a short hop from Okhla, to see the sculptures in daylight and then lit up after sunset.
4. 7:30 PM: An early dinner, and home before 9 PM.

This plan costs roughly ₹150–200 per person in entry fees, as of September 2026. Swap in Ved Van Park and its laser show on the second evening if you live closer to the Sector 78–101 side of the city.

Tips and mistakes to avoid

• Do not plan KidZania on a Monday. It is closed. Weekday mornings are the least crowded.
• Beat the heat. From April to June, keep outdoor parks for before 10 AM or after 5 PM, and use indoor attractions in the middle of the day.
• Check the AQI in November–December. On “very poor” days, pick an indoor option.
• Carry ID for age-based tickets. Some attractions ask for proof of a child’s age, or measure height for ride categories.
• Pack water, caps and a small first-aid kit. Large parks like Jungle Trail need a lot of walking.
• Book online where possible. KidZania and Worlds of Wonder often have online-only offers, while Jungle Trail tickets were reported as counter-only.
• Use the metro to skip parking stress. Sector 18 and Botanical Garden (Blue Line), Okhla Bird Sanctuary (Magenta Line) and Sector 101 (Aqua Line) cover most places above.

Noida works well for families because most attractions are close together and linked by metro. Start with a low-cost day at Ved Van Park or Okhla, add a Jungle Trail evening for under ₹150 a head, and save KidZania or Worlds of Wonder for birthdays and holidays.
