Noida PIN Code List 2026: Sector-Wise Codes Verified from India Post Records

Noida’s PIN codes run mainly from 201301 to 201307, plus 201309 for the Sector 62 area, and each code is tied to a delivery post office rather than to a neat block of sectors. This Noida PIN code list, sector-wise where the record allows it, is built only from India Post’s official post office directory, so you can see which post office and which sectors or villages each code definitely belongs to, and how to confirm the code for any other address.

How Noida PIN codes work

A PIN (Postal Index Number) is a six-digit code. The first digit, 2, covers Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand; the first three digits, 201, point to the Ghaziabad–Gautam Buddh Nagar sorting area; the last three digits identify the delivery post office that handles your mail.

That last point explains why there is no official “sector-wise” table from India Post. Each PIN belongs to one delivery office, and that office serves a group of sectors and villages. Smaller sub post offices and branch post offices share the PIN of the delivery office above them. So a sector gets its PIN from whichever delivery office covers it, not from its number.

The table lists every post office recorded under each Noida PIN code in India Post’s directory. “Delivery” means the office delivers mail; “non-delivery” offices handle counter services such as speed post, savings and parcels.

H.O. = Head Office, S.O. = Sub Office, B.O. = Branch Office. The directory lists the Sector 27 and Sector 41 sub offices under Ghaziabad district, most likely a legacy entry from before Gautam Buddh Nagar became a separate district; both offices are in Noida.

Why we have not listed every sector

Many websites publish long “sector 1 to 168” tables, but those lists are not issued by India Post and often disagree with each other. Newer sectors along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and around Sectors 70–80 are a common source of confusion; even Ved Van Park’s home, Sector 78, appears with different PINs on different sites. Rather than guess, we recommend the checks below. If you are visiting Ved Van Park in Sector 78, you do not need a PIN at all: a map pin works better.

How to write a Noida address correctly

A correct PIN is only one part of a deliverable address. Couriers and the postal beat staff look at the whole address, so write it in this order:

1. Name of the person or company.
2. Flat, house or plot number, with tower or block (for example, Tower B, Flat 1204).
3. Society or building name, if any.
4. Sector number, written as “Sector 62” rather than just “62”.
5. City and district: Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar.
6. State and PIN: Uttar Pradesh – 2013XX.
7. Phone number for courier deliveries.

Adding a well-known landmark, such as a metro station, mall or park, helps a lot in large sectors with many societies. Avoid writing “Delhi” or “New Delhi” in a Noida address, even if you are used to calling the whole region Delhi-NCR; it can send the item into the wrong sorting stream.

Delivery and non-delivery post offices: what it means for you

India Post marks each office as “delivery” or “non-delivery”. In Noida, only six offices in the main list are delivery offices: Noida H.O., Sector 37, Maharishi Nagar, NEPZ, Sector 34 and Sector 62. The postmen who bring letters to your door work from these offices. If a registered letter or speed post item could not be delivered and a notice was left, you will usually need to collect it from the delivery office for your PIN, not from the counter office closest to your home.

Non-delivery sub offices, such as those in Sectors 12, 16, 27, 30, 41, 45 and 55, still offer counter services. You can generally use them to book speed post and parcels, buy stamps and use postal savings services, but check opening hours locally because they can differ from office to office.

How to find the correct PIN for any Noida address

1. Check an official document. Your electricity bill, property papers, society maintenance bill or Aadhaar address usually carries the PIN already accepted for your address.
2. Ask your RWA or builder. Housing societies know which delivery post office handles their mail and use that PIN on every letter.
3. Use India Post’s directory. Search the All India Pincode Directory on data.gov.in or the tools on the India Post website for the post office nearest you.
4. Call or visit the delivery post office. The postmaster at the delivery office (see the table above) can confirm whether your sector falls in their beat.

Mistakes to avoid

• Assuming a sector number sets the PIN. Neighbouring sectors can have different PINs because they fall under different delivery offices.
• Using a non-delivery office as your “post office”. Mail is routed by PIN, so the name of the nearest counter office does not matter as much as the correct six digits.
• Mixing up Noida and Greater Noida. Greater Noida addresses usually use 201310 or 201306, not 201301.
• Trusting random online tables. Always cross-check with an official record, especially for courier deliveries, bank KYC and passport applications.
• Leaving out the sector number and landmark. Even with the right PIN, couriers rely on the sector, block and a landmark such as the nearest Aqua Line metro station.

For most letters and forms, the six codes in the main table cover Noida, with 201301 the most widely used. When your sector is not in the verified list, a utility bill, your RWA or India Post’s own directory is the quickest way to confirm the right PIN before you send anything important.
